Roseland NJ Attic Mold Removal and Remediation

The Problem
The customer called to have us take a look at some possible mold in their attic. When we arrived we discovered a dangerous amount of mold all over the roof decking of the attic that need to be removed and remediated immediately.

The Solution

1. Removed all of the contents from the attic.
2. Sealed off all areas with plastic sheets and sealed zipper entrances to contain and prevent further contamination.
3. Removed all mold and sanded all roof decking.
4. Sprayed all decking with an antimicrobial solution.
5. Painted all decking with anti-mold paint to encapsulate all areas.

The Results
All mold was completely removed and remediated in a very safe and controlled manner to make sure it never comes back.
